At MomDog Atelier, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not completely happy with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

Please note that you must contact us first before returning any product. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

2. How to Request a Return

3. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The request must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The product must be in the same condition as received.

Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

4. Non-Returnable Items

Because our products are made-to-order, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or customized products

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

Only defective or incorrectly shipped products may qualify for replacement or refund.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot guarantee receipt of untracked returns.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

7. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us immediately at info@momdogatelier.com with photos of the item.
We will review your claim and arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
